【摘要】 目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)患者Th17细胞及IL-17水平与患者发病的相关性。方法:比较45例MM患者(MM组)和45例健康志愿者(对照组)Th17细胞比例、IL-17水平和β2-微球蛋白水平检测结果,进一步将MM组按照ISS分期和治疗情况的进行分组,观察不同ISS分期和治疗情况患者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平变化,并分析β2-微球蛋白与Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平的相关性。结果:MM组患者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);ISSⅢ期患者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平均明显高于ISSⅠ、Ⅱ期患者,差异显著(P<0.05);ISSⅠ和Ⅱ期患者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);初治者、复发难治者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平均明显高于治疗有效者(P<0.05);初治者与复复难治者Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);MM患者的Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平均与β2-微球蛋白水平呈明显正相关(r=0.422,r=0.416,P<0.05)。结论:Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平异常升高与MM的发病有密切联系,Th17细胞比例和IL-17水平可作为评估ISS分期和判断治疗效果的重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective;To explore the correlation of Thl7 cell rate and IL-17 level with pathogenetis of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods;Forty-five cases of MM were enrolled in MM group,while 45 healthy volunteers were selected in control group.The rate of Thl7 cells,levels of IL-17 and p2-microglobulin(|32-MG) in patients subgrouping according to ISS staging and treatment were detected by using flow cytometer and EL-17 assay kit.The correlation of Thl7 cell rate and IL-17 level with MM was analyzed.Results:The rate of Thl7 cells and level of IL-17 in MM group were higher than those in control group(P <0.05),the rate of Thl7 cells and level of IL-17 in ISS DI stage patients were higher than those in ISS I and II stage patients(P < 0.05);the rate of Thl7 cells and level of IL-17 in ISS I and ISS II stage patients were not significant difference(P > 0.05);the rate of Thl7 cells and level of IL-17 in firstly treated,retreated/refractory patients were significantly higher than those in patients with effective treatment(P <0.05),while the rate of Thl7 cells and level of IL-17 between firstly treated patients and retreated/refractory patients were not significant difference(P >0.05).The Thl7 rate and IL-17 level in MM patients positively correlated with |}2-MG level(r=0.422,r=0.416,P<0.05).Conclusion;The obvious increase of Thl7 rate,IL-17 and 02-MG levels closely relates with pathogenesis of MM.The Thl7 rate and EL-17 level may be used as important evidence for evaluation of ISS stage and therapeutic efficacy of MM.更多还原
