普通白菜耐热性鉴定相关生理指标的研究

【摘要】 以普通白菜苗期热害指数鉴定出的耐热材料GHQ、中等耐热材料KRLLW以及热敏材料SYM为试材,进行连续10d热激处理(昼/夜温度=37℃/27℃),测定了普通白菜叶片中保护酶活性以及脯氨酸(Pro)含量。结果表明,热激处理后,耐热材料叶片中Pro含量,SOD、POD和CAT活性的相对增幅大于热敏材料,且分别处理8(SOD)、6(POD、CAT)、4(Pro)天可以显著区分各材料的耐热性。

【Abstract】 On the base of the result of the heat tolerance identification of non-heading Chinese cabbage at seedling stage,three materials of non-heading Chinese cabbage were continuously treated with 37℃/27℃( d/n) high temperature for 10 days in the artificial climate box in order to be measured activity of protective enzymesm,proline( Pro). The results indicated that after heat-shock treatment,the Pro content and activity of protective enzymes in the leaves of heat resistant varieties had a higher increase than in the heat sensitive varieties,and the different heat tolerance of non-heading Chinese cabbage could be significantly reflected by these indexes with heat treatment for 8( SOD) 、6( SOD,CAT) 、4( Pro) days.
