从高浓度钼酸钠溶液中萃取除钨的研究

【摘要】 采用伯胺类萃取剂HBDW-201从高浓度钼酸钠溶液中选择性萃取钨,考察了有机相组成、萃取温度、接触时间、料液pH值、相比等对钨钼萃取分离的影响,探索了从负载有机相中洗脱Mo及反萃W的条件。结果表明,在有机相组成为20%HBDW-201+磺化煤油、料液含WO330g/L左右、Mo 100g/L左右,pH值为7.55,萃取相比O/A=1.5∶1、温度25℃、接触时间10min的条件下,经过4级逆流萃取,W萃取率接近100%,Mo萃取率为13.31%,最终得到含Mo 80g/L以上的钼酸钠溶液,溶液中WO3浓度小于5×10-6 g/L,实现了从高浓度钼酸钠溶液中深度除钨;采用0.6mol/L的NaOH溶液为洗涤剂,在相比O/A=5∶1,温度30℃的条件下洗涤负载有机相,Mo洗脱率为61.86%,W洗脱率为11.38%,洗水中Mo与W质量比为2.30;采用2mol/L的NaOH为反萃剂,在相比O/A=5∶1,温度30℃,接触时间10min的条件下进行反萃,W的单级反萃率达99%以上,Mo反萃率为97.39%,得到反萃液中含WO379.67g/L,Mo 16.30g/L,可用现有的钨钼分离工艺进行进一步处理。

【Abstract】 Primary amine extractant HBDW-201 was used to selectively extract tungsten from high concentration sodium molybdate solution.The effects were investigated of extractant composition,reaction temperature,contact time,feed pH value,and phase ratio on extraction separation of tungsten and molybdenum.The conditions of Mo elution and W stripping from loaded organic phase were also studied.The results show that tungsten extraction rate can be close to 100% and the molybdenum extraction rate reaches 13.31% after the four-stage countercurrent extraction under the conditions of extractant composition of 20%HBDW-201 and sulfonated kerosene,feed solution containing about 30g/L WO3,100g/L Mo,feed pH=7.55,and phase ratio O/A=1.5∶1,temperature of 25℃and contact time of 10 min,and the finally obtained sodium molybdate solution contains more than 80g/L Mo and less than 5×10-6 g/L WO3.Thus,deep removal of tungsten from high concentration sodium molybdate solution can be achieved with this method.Using 0.6mol/L NaOH as the eluent,Mo elution rate is 61.86%,W elution rate is 11.38%and the mass ratio of Mo and W is 2.30 in washing water by washing the organic phase under the conditions of phase ratio O/A=5∶1and 30 ℃.Using 2mol/L NaOH as stripping agent under the conditions of O/A=5∶1,30 ℃temperature and 10 min contact time,W single-stage stripping rate reaches over 99%,Mo stripping rate reaches 97.39%,and the stripping solution with 79.67g/L WO3 and 16.30g/L Mo is obtained,which could be further treated by the existing tungsten and molybdenum separation process.
