【摘要】 目的观察夏季三伏至冬季三九期间采用穴位贴敷配合鼻腔冲洗治疗幼儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 80例2~3岁变应性鼻炎幼儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。治疗组患儿予以穴位贴敷治疗,分别于夏季初伏、中伏、末伏日及冬季一九、二九、三九日各贴敷1次,并加用生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗;对照组患儿仅以生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗。鼻腔冲洗法为每日用鼻喷雾器喷洒生理盐水洗鼻,晨起和睡前各1次,每次5 ml。治疗前后分别采用脱落细胞涂片法检测分析鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞数量变化。于疗程结束后3个月时评定疗效,比较组间疗效差异。结果治疗组患儿总有效率95%,显著高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经系统治疗后,治疗组患儿鼻分泌物嗜酸粒细胞密度显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于夏季三伏冬三九期间,采用穴位贴敷疗法配合鼻腔冲洗治疗幼儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻鼻塞、流涕等症状,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with nasal irrigation on allergic rhinitis(AR) among infants based on a clinical trial. Methods Eighty infant cases with AR at the age of 2~3 years old were included in this trial, randomly divided into treatment group(TG) and control group(CG), with 40 cases in each. The cases in TG were treated by acupoint application therapy applied at the first, second and last dog-days and the first, second and last coldest days of winter respectively, combined with nasal irrigation as used in CG, while those cases in CG were treated only by nasal irrigation through nasal spray with normal saline, 5 ml each time and twice a day, applied in the morning and in the evening respectively. Before and after the treatment, counted were the changes in the numbers of eosinophils in nasal secretion by smear method. Then, the difference in the therapeutic effects between the two groups was analyzed in a comparative way by the end of 3 months following the therapeutic course finished. Results By the end of following period, it was evaluated as that the total effective rate in TG was 95%, significantly higher than that of 75% in CG, with obviously statistical significance(P <0.05) between them. Furthermore, the number of eosinophils in nasal secretion was also significantly lowered in TG than that in CG(P <0.05) following the treatment. Conclusions Acupoint application therapy, supplemented by nasal irrigation, should be effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis among infants, when given in such a way as reported here.更多还原
