【摘要】 目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣修复外鼻基底细胞癌切除后缺损的手术方法和临床效果。方法 2008年5月~2016年8月,17例在我院行外鼻皮肤基底细胞癌切除致局部组织缺损患者,采用鼻唇沟任意皮瓣,行轴型皮瓣皮瓣一期修复。结果17例皮瓣成活,切口I期愈合,外形满意,随访6月~8年未见肿瘤复发。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣修复外鼻基底细胞癌切除后缺损,方法实用简便,成活率高,术后鼻外形满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical technique and clinical effect of nasolabial sulcus flap in repairing defects of basal cell carcinoma of outer nose. Methods 17 patients with basal cell carcinoma of outer nose were hospitalized and underwent surgeries from May 2008 to August 2016.Random flaps or axial flaps were applied according to the degree of defects. Results All 17 flaps were successfully implanted with satisfying looks.17 patients were followed up for 6 months to 8 years with no relapse.Conclusion Nasolabial Sulcus Flap can be used in one-stage repairing of the defect of external nose, with high rate of success and close color shade and good outcome.更多还原
