基于正向设计的电动摩托车研发体系

【摘要】 为满足消费者和制造企业对产品设计的需求,将基于正向设计的产品研发体系运用到电动摩托车的开发上。在开发过程中,首先对国内外电动摩托车发展现状进行分析,在明确市场整体发展趋势的基础上,结合开发企业对研发的定位,确定新产品所需的造型和性能要求。然后根据企业年度开发计划和产品型谱规划,结合家族式设计特点进行新产品的开发。最后利用计算机辅助设计,进行车架的有限元分析和车辆的轻量化设计,完成新产品性能的优化和提升。以电动摩托车为对象进行实例研究,结果表明该研发体系可有效应用于包括电动摩托车在内的多种产品的开发。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the product design demand of consumers and manufacturing enterprises, a product R&D system based on forward design is applied to the development of electric motorcycle. First of all, the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign electric scooters is analyzed in the process of development. The shape and performance requirements of new products are determined on the basis of a clear market overall development trend and combining the R&D enterprise positioning. Then, new products are developed according to the enterprise annual development plan and product spectrum planning and combining with the characteristics of family-owned design. In the end, new products are completed,performance optimization and improvement are realized by using CAD. A study on instance is an electric motorcycle. The results show that the developing system can be effectively used in the development of many kinds of products, including electric motorcycle.
