电动两轮摩托车车架刚度研究

【摘要】 车架刚度主要包括弯曲刚度和扭转刚度。具有代表性的3款电动两轮摩托车车架在新设计的车架刚度试验台架上进行刚度试验,对比其试验结果,从结构设计角度分析影响车架刚度的因素。同时,有限元方法亦应用于车架刚度分析上。通过对比试验实测数据与有限元分析所得的计算结果,实现了二者间的相互验证,说明有限元分析的正确性,这一结论对车架设计期间刚度数值的预测提供了有效手段。车架刚度试验与分析结果对新车型研发前期制定合理的车架刚度目标值起到指导作用,同时也积累了电动两轮摩托车相似车型车架刚度数据库。

【Abstract】 Frame stiffness mainly includes bending stiffness and torsion stiffness. Stiffness experiments of the frames of three representative models of two-wheeled electric motorcycles carried out through the newdesigned frame stiffness test bench. Comparing the test results, the affecting factors of frame stiffness are analyzed from the point of view of structural design. Meanwhile, frame stiffness is analyzed by finite element method(FEM). The contrast of the experimental results and finite element analysis(FEA) results, it’s concluded that the finite element analysis is correct. This conclusion provides an effective means during stiffness prediction of frame design. Frame stiffness test and analysis results play a guiding role for the early stage of the research and development of new models to establish reasonable target frame stiffness. Frame stiffness database for similar models two-wheeled of electric motorcycle is accumulated.
