硅溶胶及外加剂对玻化微珠保温材料性能的影响

【摘要】 以玻化微珠、白水泥、粉煤灰、可再分散乳胶粉、防水剂、植物纤维为原材料制备玻化微珠保温材料,研究了硅溶胶、玻化微珠、可再分散乳胶粉、植物纤维对其力学性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明:当硅溶胶掺量为3%时,与未经表面处理的试样相比,保温材料的吸水率降低了12.1个百分点,导热系数降低了36.96%,抗压强度提高了6.25%;当可再分散乳胶粉掺量为3%时,与未掺胶粉的试样相比,保温材料的吸水率降低了15.1个百分点,导热系数降低了36.96%,抗压强度提高了21.43%;当植物纤维掺量为1.5%时,体系的抗折和抗压强度得到提高。

【Abstract】 The glazed hollow beads,white cement,fly ash,re-dispersible powder,waterproof agent and plant fiber as raw materials were used to prepare glazed hollow beads thermal insulation material by the method of compression molding. The influence of the silica sol,glass beads,re-dispersible powder and plant fiber on the mechanical properties and water absorption rate was studied. The results show that:when the content of silica sol was 3%(by mass),compared with the sample without surface treatment,the water absorption rate reduced by 12.1,the thermal conductivity reduced by 36.96%,the compressive strength increased by 6.25%. When the re-dispersible powder content was 3%(by mass),compared with the control sample without re-dispersible powder,the water absorption rate and thermal conductivity of insulation materials reduce by 15.1,36.96% respectively,the compressive strength increased by 21.43%. When the plant fiber content was 1.5%(by mass),the flexural strength and compressive strength of the system were improved.
