钢纤维活性粉末混凝土流动性影响因素研究

【摘要】 通过测试不同配合比钢纤维活性粉末混凝土浆体的坍落扩展度,研究微硅粉、矿渣粉以及钢纤维掺量对浆体流动性的影响。试验结果表明:钢纤维活性粉末混凝土的浆体坍落扩展度随着微硅粉掺量的增加而降低,当微硅粉掺量低于6%时,其影响不明显;其坍落扩展度随着矿渣粉掺量的增加而增大,矿渣粉掺量为15%时坍落扩展度较未掺矿渣粉的RPC浆体提高9.2%;当钢纤维掺量为2.5%时,浆体的流动度达到理想状态。

【Abstract】 By testing the slump flow of reactive powder concrete reinforced with steel fiber by different mix proportion,the influence of content of micro-silica fume,slag powder and steel fiber on the fluidity was studied. The result shows that,the fluidity of reactive powder concrete reinforced with steel fiber decreases with the increasing of micro-silica fume content,when the microsilica fume content is less than 6%,the impact is not obvious. The fluidity increases with the increasing of the slag powder content,while slag powder content is 15%,the fluidity shows an increase of 9.2%. The fluidity reaches an ideal state with the steel fiber content of 2.5%.
