【摘要】 最近工信部公布《企业平均燃料消耗量与新能源汽车积分并行管理暂行办法》(征求意见稿),新政的颁布引起了汽车行业的巨大反响,国内各大车企目前最关注的即是新政规定的2018年开始实施的NEV(NewEnergyVehicle)积分市场。本文通过对意见稿的解读,建立了油耗与新能源积分模型,并进行了相关的模拟计算,对我国新能源汽车NEV积分市场进行了前瞻性的分析研究。预测出即将产生的新能源积分市场不仅会影响到我国汽车产业格局,还会对我国国家整体节能减排战略起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,the Ministry of Industry and Information published the Interim Measures on the Administration of Average Fuel Consumption and New Energy Vehicle accumulate points(Draft for Soliciting Opinions).The promulgation of the new deal caused great repercussions in the automotive industry.Domestic car prices are currently most concerned about is the new deal in 2018 to start the implementation of the NEV accumulate-point market.In this paper,through the interpretation of the draft,the fuel consumption and new energy integration model is established at first,and the related simulation calculation is carried out to implement the prospective analysis of our country’s new energy automobile NEV accumulate-point market.Forecasting result showed that new energy market accumulate-point will not only affect the pattern of China’s auto industry,it will also play an important role on China’s overall national energy-saving and emission reduction strategy.更多还原
