导光板模具精密撞点机刀架装置的研制
The development of the tool rack device of precision machine of light guide plate mould
【摘要】 刀架装置是导光板模具精密撞点机的关键部件,设计了一款利用压电陶瓷提供动力、柔性铰链作为支撑的刀架装置。用理论计算和有限元分析方法对柔性铰链进行了分析优化。对加工后刀架装置进行了测试,最大运动行程为40μm,在0~35μm的行程范围内运动频响超过80Hz。撞点实验中加工出直径为40μm的点阵,加工精度为±0.2μm。
【Abstract】 The tool rack is the essential of the precision machine of light guide plate mould. Designed a tool rack based on piezoelectric ceramic and jointed by flexible hinge. The flexible hinge was analyzed and optimized by the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis software,and the device has been physical processed and tested. The results indicated that it could reach a travel range for 40μm and the frequency response could reach 80 Hz within 35μm travel range. The experiment results demonstrated that it can process the dot with diameter of 40μm.
