【摘要】 目的通过与血管造影进行比对,探究RT-3DE在ASD封堵评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析临床的80例ASD患者的RT-3DE,比较RT-3DE和血管造影测量ASD的结果,并对RT-3DE估测面积与手术所用封堵伞面积做一致性分析。结果 RT-3DE和血管造影测量ASD的前后径、左右径及面积比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),RT-3DE估测面积和手术所用封堵伞面积基本一致。结论 RT-3DE能够清晰显示缺损的位置、大小及与周围组织的关系,RT-3DE和血管造影在ASD术前评估方面有很好的一致性,可为临床无创准确评估ASD及指导临床治疗提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare with angiography, we explored the value of RT-3 DE in the evaluation of ASD occlusion. Methods The RT-3 DE of 80 patients with ASD was analyzed retrospectively. The results of ASD were measured by RT-3 DE and angiography, and the area of the RT-3 DE estimated area and the area of the parachute were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the anterior and left diameter, the left and right diameter and the area of ASD measured by RT-3 DE and angiography(P>0.05). The area of the estimated RT-3 DE was basically the same as the area used for the closure of the parachute. Conclusion RT-3 DE can clearly show the location and size of the defect and the relationship with the surrounding tissue. RT-3 DE and angiography have good consistency with the preoperative assessment of ASD, which can help the clinical non-invasive and accurate evaluation of ASD and guide the clinical treatment.更多还原
