【Abstract】 Functional tricuspid regurgitationis mainly caused by pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular enlargement caused by left ventricular valve disease, tricuspid annulus expansion, mechanical direction change of tendons pulling leaflets, resulting in tricuspid valve malalignment, and the tricuspid valve leaflet itself and subvalvular structure have no organic changes. Functional tricuspid regurgitation is still a challenge, manifested as high postoperative tricuspid regurgitation recurrence rate. Preoperative determination of the severity of tricuspid valve disease depends on tricuspid valve regurgitation, the extent of right ventricular and tricuspid annulus expansion and the degree of pathological changes of tricuspid valve leaflets. Treatment of tricuspid valve regurgitation includes the treatment of the valve, annulus and subvalvular structures. In recent years, more aggressive surgical interventions have been advocated for treatment of tricuspid regurgitation.更多还原
