【Abstract】 Heart failure is a clinical syndrome caused by various causes of abnormal myocardial structure and function,resulting in ventricular systolic and/or diastolic dysfunction. Heart failure is a progressive disease and myocardial cell autophagy plays a crucial role throughout the course of its occurrence and development.The"energy crisis"in heart failure stimulates the activation of autophagy,which activates the degradation of abnormal proteins and damaged organelles,thus providing energy and material for the self-renewal of cells.To further reveal the role of autophagy in the course of heart failure,through the regulation of autophagy to prevent and treat heart failure,the discovery of targeted autophagy drugs,is becoming a hot spot in the research and development of heart failure treatment drugs.更多还原
