【Abstract】 2016 ESC Heart Failure Guideline updates the classification of heart failure and recommends transthoracic echocardiography in patients with suspected or diagnosed heart failure to assess the structure and function of the myocardium.It is generally believed that varying degrees of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction have occurred before the onset of heart failure or impaired systolic function.Therefore,echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular diastolic function is an integral part of routine examination.更多还原
