基于LabVIEW的铁路沿线建筑物限界测量系统
Clearance of Buildings Along Railway Lines Measurement System based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 针对目前铁路沿线建筑物限界测量常采用的轨检车测量和人工限界尺测量这两种传统的方式中存在误差大、精度低的问题,笔者设计了一种基于LabVIEW的铁路沿线建筑物限界测量系统。本系统中采用激光测距仪和倾角传感器作为系统的数据采集设备,并且采用LabVIEW软件实现传感器通信及运算和人机交互。分别从软硬件两方面,详细探讨该系统的设计方法。本系统具有非接触式测量、便携、自动记录结果并比对数据的优点。实验表明,本系统的测量精度高、误差小。
【Abstract】 In order to tackle the wild inaccuracy and low precision of the two traditionally used clearance measurements of the buildings along railway lines--rail car measurement and artificial gauge measurement, the author in this paper designed a measurement system based on LabVIEW. This system adopted laser range finder and tilt sensor as the data collection methods, and also introduced LabVIEW into the communication, calculation of sensor and person-computer interaction. This paper will discuss the design of the measurement on the scale of software and hardware in details. This system has a lot of advantages: non-contact, portable, auto-recorded and comparing of the data. Experiments have shown that the measurements under this system have higher precision and small error.
