【摘要】 目的分析注射用盐酸多巴胺与盐酸多巴胺注射液联合西地兰治疗小儿肺炎并心衰的疗效和不良反应比较。方法选取2013年4月—2017年3月来该儿科就诊的小儿肺炎并心衰患者170例,随机分为两组:试验组和对照组,每组85例。试验组患者给予注射用盐酸多巴胺联合西地兰治疗,对照组患者给予盐酸多巴胺注射液联合西地兰治疗,比较观察两组患者治疗后总有效率和不良反应发生的差异。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.29%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.29%,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而试验组治疗后不良反应发生率为4.71%,对照组治疗后不良反应发生率为22.35%,试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上对小儿肺炎并心衰使用多巴胺粉针比水针安全性更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of dopamine hydrochloride for injection and dopamine hydrochloride injection jointly on the treatment of children with pneumonia and heart failure.Methods 170 children with pneumonia and heart failure from April 2013 to March 2017 in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, with 85 cases in each group. The test group was treated with dopamine hydrochloride for injection cediland treatment, the control group was treated with dopamine hydrochloride injection on the treatment, the total efficiency and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after treatment were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in test group was 95.29%, control group was 75.29%, the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); while the experimental group after treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction was 4.71%, the control group after treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction was 22.35%, the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,the above statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically, children with pneumonia and heart failure using dopamine powder needle is more safe than hydro-acupuncture.更多还原
