【摘要】 目的探讨和研究急诊内科患者实施无缝隙护理模式对于患者身心恢复的影响。方法将该院在2015年3月—2017年2月进行治疗的急诊内科患者78例确定为分析对象,按随机原则,将患者分成观察组39例和对照组39例,对照组所选择的是常规护理方法进行基础护理,并注意为患者营设温馨静谧的护理氛围。对于观察组患者,不但选择常规护理,还在此基础上实行无缝隙护理,然后统计和对比两组患者的治疗显效率、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果经治疗和实施无缝隙护理后,两组患者都出现了明显好转,其中观察组的显效率和并发症发生率分别为92.31%和2.56%,均显著优于对照组(分别为61.54%、10.26%),两组的并发症发生率与治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组获得的满意程度评分分别是(8.61±1.52)分和(5.37±1.46)分,两组护理满意度评分对比,差异有统计学意义(t=6.152,P<0.05)。结论将无缝隙护理模式应用于急诊内科的护理全程,能切实改善护理效果,使满意程度上升,可以在临床上大力的普及及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to explore and study the effect of seamless nursing mode on physical and mental recovery of patients in emergency internal medicine. Methods 78 cases of patients in the emergency internal medicine treatment in this hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected, according to the principle of random, the patients were divided into the observation group(39 cases) and the control group(39 cases), the control group adopted the routine nursing care with warm and quiet atmosphere of nursing care. For patients in the observation group, not only the routine care, but also implemented the seamless care, and then the effective rate, complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment and the implementation of seamless nursing, two groups of patients were significantly improved, the significant efficiency of observation group and complication rate were 92.31% and 2.56%, significantly better than the control group(61.54%, 10.26%), the two groups had significant difference in complication rate and treatment effect( P <0.05), there were statistical significances; the satisfaction degree of the observation group and the control group were(8.61 ±1.52)points and(5.37 ±1.46)points, and there were significant difference of two groups in nursing satisfaction score(t=6.152, P<0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion The application of seamless nursing mode in the whole process of nursing in emergency internal medicine can effectively improve the nursing effect and make the satisfaction degree rise, and it can be clinically popularized.更多还原
