【摘要】 目的研究p-m TOR在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法选择2015年3月—2017年8月在包头市肿瘤医院行手术切除的60例乳腺癌组织为观察组,对照组为癌旁组织(肿瘤边缘5 cm处)40例。采用免疫组化的方法检测60例乳腺癌组织及40例癌旁组织中p-m TOR的表达情况。结果 p-m TOR在观察组和对照组阳性率分别为71.7%和42.5%,p-m TOR在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.949,P=0.002)。结论 p-m TOR在乳腺癌癌组织中过度表达可能是乳腺癌发生发展的重要机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to investigate the expression and clinical pathological significances of p-m TOR in breast carcinoma tissue. Methods 60 cases of patients with breast carcinoma with operative incision in ourhospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 40 cases of patients with paracanceroustissue gastric tissue(tumor marginal 5 cm) were selected as the control group, and the expression of p-m TOR were tested by the immunohistochemical method of the 60 cases as well as the 40 cases. Results The positive rate of p-m TOR in the observation group and the control group was 71.7% and 42.5% respectively. The expression level of pm TOR in the breast tissue was higher than that in the paracancerous tissue, and the difference was statistical significant(χ2=9.949, P =0.002). Conclusion The overexpression of p-m TOR in the breast tissue may be one of the important mechanism of the occurrence of breast carcinoma.更多还原
