【Abstract】 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune disease with multiple system and multiple organ damage,which can caused by genetic factors, environmental factors, infection factors, hormones, immune abnormalities and other factors. Those elements can affect the occurrence and development and prognosis of patients with SLE. Because of the difference of the incidence of systemic lupus erythematosus in gender, estrogen level is payed more attention to in the pathogenesis of SLE.更多还原
