【摘要】 目的探究小儿原发性小肠型肠套叠患者在治疗中接应用间苯三酚的价值。方法选取该院儿科小儿原发性小肠型肠套叠患者60例作为该次研究对象,选取时间为2015年1月—2017年2月,根据小儿患者治疗措施的不同进行分组,其中实验组30例给予间苯三酚治疗,对照组30例给予山莨菪碱治疗,对两组小儿原发性小肠型肠套叠患者治疗的结果进行观察分析。结果实验组小儿原发性小肠型肠套叠患者的自行复位几率(96.67%)明显高于对照组小儿患者自行复位几率(73.33%),且其复套率(0.00%)明显低于对照组复套率(18.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组小儿患者在治疗的过程中均未出现不良反应的情况,其不良反应情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿原发性小肠型肠套叠患者接受间苯三酚进行治疗,能够较好促进其疾病自行复位,减少出现复套的情况,且安全性较高,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to explore the value of the application of phloroglucinol in the treatment of children with primary intestinal intussusception. Methods 60 patients in the hospital with pediatric primary intestinal intussusception were selected as the study objects from January 2015 to February 2017, according to the different treatment of pediatric patients, 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with phloroglucinol, while 30 cases in the control group were treated with anisodamine. The results of the treatment of the patients with primary intestinal intussusception in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the probability of spontaneous reset of(96.67%) in children with primary intestinal intussusception was significantly higher than that in the control group of(73.33%), and the rate of spontaneous reset(0.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group of(18.18%),the difference was statistically signifficant(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the course of treatment. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Pediatric primary intestinal intussusception patients under the treatment of phloroglucinol can better promote disease’s reduction, reducing the occurrence of complex cases, with higher safety, so it is worth to apply.更多还原
