【摘要】 目的分析总结自制复方维生素B₁₂溶液治疗小儿口腔溃疡的疗效。方法随机选取2016年1月—2017年6月中梁山街道社区卫生服务中心收治的68例口腔溃疡患儿,将其分为对照组（n=34）与观察组（n=34）,对照组患儿予以口腔溃疡散治疗,观察组患儿予以自制复方维生素B₁₂溶液治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果、不良反应的发生情况与疼痛强度（VAS）。结果观察组患儿的临床总治愈率为94.12%,对照组患儿的临床总治愈率为73.53%,其疼痛评分明显高于对照组患儿,二者相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患儿按医嘱进行治疗,均未出现任何不良反应。结论自制复方维生素B₁₂溶液能够有效的治疗小儿口腔溃疡,并且能够降低不良反应的发生,具有较高的临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to summarize the curative effect of self-made vitamin B₁₂ solution on children with oral ulcer. Methods 68 children with oral ulcers from January 2016 to June 2017 in ommunity health service center of Zhongliangshan street were randomly divided into control group（n=34） and observation group（n=34）. The patients in the control group were treated with oral ulcer therapy, the children in the observation group were treated with selfmade vitamin B₁₂ solution, and the clinical treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reaction and the VAS were observed. Results The total clinical cure rate was 94.12% in the observation group and higher than that of 73.53% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Two groups of children followed the doctor’s advice, with no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion The self-made vitamin B₁₂ solution can effectively treat children’s oral ulcer, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has a high clinical value.更多还原
