【摘要】 目的探讨PFNA在骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的效果。方法以梧州市红十字会医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的90例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。详细记录患者手术时间、术中出血量等手术中情况,并发症、术后负重时间、疗效及骨折愈合时间等资料,比较两组患者疗效。结果对照组患者术中出血量(425±57)mL及手术时间(107±15)min均多于治疗组患者的(165±22)m L和(63±8)min,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者总并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.8 P=0.18)。两组患者进行疗效比较,治疗组优良率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(82.22%),且差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.05,P=0.04)。治疗组骨折平均愈合时间为(12.8±1.1)周,对照组骨折平均愈合时间为(14.5±3.1)周,两组差异有统计学意义(t=3.47,P=0.000 8)。结论 PFNA在骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用疗效好,值得在临床广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of PFNA in patients with osteoporotic instability intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 90 cases of senile patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, complications, postoperative loading time, curative effect and fracture healing time of the patients were recorded in detail and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount and operation time in the control group were more than those in the treatment group, [(425±57)m L,(107±15)m L vs(165±22)m L,(63±8)min], and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ~2=1.8, P=0.18), and the excellent and good rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(95.56% vs 82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.05,P=0.04), and the difference in the average healing time between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant, [(12.8±1.1)weeks vs(14.5±3.1)weeks],(t=3.47,P=0.000 8).
