颈内动脉系统退化与颈动脉支架术后高灌注综合征发生几率的临床研究
Clinical Research on Occurrence Probability of Internal Carotid System Degradation and Hyperperfusion Syndrome after the Carotid Cradle Surgery
【摘要】 目的研究颈内动脉系统退化与颈动脉支架术后高灌注综合征的关系。方法回顾性分析无棣县人民医院2016年1月—2017年2月期间14例颈内动脉支架置入术患者,以大动脉萎缩、半卵圆中心脑白质变性、皮层萎缩作为颈内动脉系统退化标准,研究其与高灌注综合征的相关性。结果狭窄侧颈内动脉系统未见血管退化组,术后高灌注反应发生0例(0.0%),退化组中出现5例(71.4%)。结论狭窄侧颈内动脉系统血管退化是导致颈动脉支架术后高灌注综合征的重要因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the correlation between the internal carotid system degradation and hyperperfusion syndrome after the carotid cradle surgery. Methods 14 cases of patients with carotid cradle surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected and the correlation with hyperperfusion syndrome was researched by taking the main artery atrophy, centrum ovale majus myelinopathy and cortical atrophy as the standards of internal carotid system degradation. Results There was no vascular degeneration in the internal carotid artery stenosis, and there was 0 case with hyperperfusion reaction after operation(0.0%)and 5 cases with hyperperfusion reaction in the degeneration group(71.4%). Conclusion The vascular degeneration in the internal carotid artery stenosis is an important factor of hyperperfusion syndrome after the carotid cradle surgery.
