64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在心肌桥诊断中的应用价值
Application Value of 64-slice Computed Tomography Coronary Artery Angiography in Diagnosis of Myocardial Bridge
【摘要】 目的探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在心肌桥诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2016年1月—2017年1月该院64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断的62例心肌桥病例,对心肌桥的发生部位、厚度、壁冠状动脉长度及狭窄程度进行评价。结果共检出心肌桥62例(检出率为8.2%,62/756)84处,其中左前降支59处(70.2%),回旋支23处(27.3%),右冠状动脉2处(2.4%)。心肌桥厚度为0.4~12.9 mm(平均1.8 mm),壁冠状动脉长度为10~44 mm(平均24 mm)。结论 64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可较为准确诊断心肌桥。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of 64-slice computed tomography coronary artery angiography in diagnosis of myocardial bridge. Methods 62 cases of patients with myocardial bridge diagnosed by the 64-slice computed tomography coronary artery angiography in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence site, thickness, mural coronary artery length and stenosis degree were evaluated. Results62 cases of patients with myocardial bridge were tested( the test rate was 8.2%, 62/756), 84 in total, including 59 in the left anterior descending coronary artery(70.2%), 23 in the left circumflex artery(27.3%)and 2 in right coronary artery(2.4%), and the myocardial bridge thickness was 0.4~12.9 mm(average 1.8mm). and the mural coronary artery length was 10~44 mm(average 24mm). Conclusion The 64-slice computed tomography coronary artery angiography can accurately diagnose the myocardial bridge.
