【摘要】 以土地流转为背景,构建了一个农村劳动力就业提升的分析框架,发现土地流转能够促进农业集聚与创意农业发展,从而实现农业规模经济与范围经济,降低农业领域技术创新与组织创新的不确定性,以及农产品与服务的交易成本。其中,创意农业通过产业融合与专业化服务,形成网状式产业链,可以衍生出大量非农职业需求,吸引农村劳动力就近就地转移就业,因而创意农业发展是提升农村劳动力就业的重要途径。这一分析框架得到了个案研究的证实,研究显示创意农业发展显著地提升了农村劳动力就业率,使得农村劳动力异地转移和就地转移的渠道更加畅通,是实现农村劳动力充分就业的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the background of land circulation to build a rural labor force employment promotion analysis framework,this paper finds that the land circulation can promote agricultural agglomeration and creative agricultural development to realize the agricultural scale economy and scope economy,and reduce the uncertainty of agricultural technology innovation and organization innovation and transaction costs of agricultural products and services. Among them,the creative agriculture,through the industrial integration and the specialized service,forms a mesh type industrial chain to create a large number of non-agricultural vocational needs and attract the rural labor employment,thus creative agriculture development is an important way to promote rural labor employment. This analysis frame has been confirmed by a case study,which shows that the creative agriculture development has significantly improved the welfare of the rural labor force employment,makes the rural labor force transfer channels more unblocked.
