【摘要】 社会组织在我国的社会治理过程中发挥着重要作用,不同于国外社会组织与政府相互制约抗衡的关系模式,我国社会组织与政府在共同的社会治理实践中形成了互利互惠的合作模式。本文基于共生系统理论对社会组织与政府的互动机制进行了分析。从质参量的兼容、共生能量的生成、共生界面的选择与共生系统的进化四个方面进行考察,认为社会组织与政府在社会治理过程中,形成了初步的互惠共生模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social organizations play an important role in China’s social governance,and are unlike the mutual constrained and contended relation mode of the social organizations and governments in other countries,China’s social organizations and governments have formed a mutually beneficial cooperation mode in the practice of social governance. Based on the symbiotic system theory,this article makes detailed analysis on the interaction mechanism between the social organizations and governments from four aspects including the compatibility of essential parameter,the generation of symbiotic energy,the selection of symbiotic interface and the evolution of symbiotic system,and reaches the conclusion that a mutually beneficial symbiotic mode has been formed preliminarily by the social organizations and governments in the practice of social governance.更多还原
