【摘要】 在供应商主导、零售商负责配送的生鲜农产品供应链中,考虑零售商通过保鲜控制生鲜农产品的实体损耗和价值损耗,同时针对零售商的公平关切特征,运用Nash讨价还价博弈理论构建了零售商的公平关切参照框架,通过建立生鲜农产品供应链的集中与分散决策模型,设计了基于"保鲜成本分担+风险补偿+收益共享"的组合式契约来协调供应链。研究表明,在契约参数满足一定的条件下,基于"保鲜成本分担+风险补偿+收益共享"的协调机制能够使零售商达到集中决策时的最优解,同时实现双方决策目标的Pareto改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the fresh agricultural supply chain under the leading of the supplier and the distribution of the retailer,considering that the retailer controls the physical loss and value loss of fresh agricultural product by freshness-keeping,and based on retailer’s fairness concerns,this paper first sets up fair concerns reference framework of the retailer with Nash bargaining game theory,then sets up centralized and decentralized models of fresh agricultural supply chain,and designs the combined contract based on "freshness-keeping cost sharing+risk compensation+revenue sharing"to coordinate the supply chain.The research results show that when the contract parameters satisfy certain conditions,the retailer can achieve optimal solutions in centralized decisions and achieve the Pareto improvement for the decision-making objectives at the same time based on the coordination mechanism of"freshness-keeping cost sharing+risk compensation+revenue sharing".更多还原
