【Abstract】 This article brings up an innovative theory that the international flow of production factors is the essential characteristics of foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment also promote resource allocation in globalized economy. The international flow of production factors is also the essential feature of the globalized economy and plays a key role in the world economic growth. What’s more, it is the core of the development and upgrading of emerging economies. Nowadays investment liberalization is the direction of development of globalization, the complication of benefits international distribution is the significant reason of de-globalization.
