【摘要】 世界主要国家的货币政策框架已经实现了从数量型向价格型的转型,而我国货币政策框架仍处于从数量型向价格型的转型过程,从而具有数量型和价格型的混合型特征。本文将首先以世界主要国家为研究对象,对货币政策框架的理论缘起和演化脉络展开探讨,在总结其转型经验的基础上,进一步对我国货币政策框架的混合型特征进行分析,并指出当前框架下提高货币政策有效性面临的挑战和政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monetary policy framework of western industrialized countries has transformed from the quantity type to price type. However, China’s monetary policy framework is still in the process of transformation and shows a hybrid feature. Based on the experience of western industrialized countries, the paper studies the theoretical origin and evolution of monetary policy framework and the hybrid feature of China’s monetary policy framework, and proposes some suggestions for effective monetary policy to meet with challenges.更多还原
