【摘要】 支持型社会组织作为一种新型的社会组织形式,主要以培育和提升一线社会组织为组织目标。当前我国支持型社会组织的具体形态大致可分为政府力量主导型、社会力量主导型及基金会力量主导型三类。这三种类型的支持型社会组织近年来在社会组织培育方面均取得了斐然的成绩,但也存在诸多内外部的发展困境。而何种类型的社会组织具有更高的培育绩效、更契合当下的社会发育水平、更具备推广的价值和可能性,则需要我们进行深入细致的学理分析和实践检证。从静态的结构分析视角和动态的行动分析视角对三种类型的支持型社会组织进行全面比较,不失为一个较为系统的思路,可为社会治理及社会政策的制定提供多维度、全方位的依据和佐证。此外,参照发达国家的社会组织培育经验也可以为我们提供很好的镜鉴和启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supporting-type social organizations have a main target to cultivate and enhance the first-line social organizations. At present, Chinese supporting-type social organizations can be classified into three kinds according to their factual forms, i.e. the those mainly led by governmental power, those guide by social power, and those directed by the power of funds. In recent years, the three supporting types of social organization have achieve great success respectively in cultivating social organizations, but also have many inner or outer straits of development. It is needed for us to do some deeply and carefully scientific analysis and practical test to findwhich supporting type of social organization has higher efficiency in cultivation, is more suitable at the present level of social development, and has higher value and possibility to be extended. It is an acceptable systematic thinking rout to do a comprehensive comparison among the three supporting types social organization under a static vision of structural analysis and a dynamic vision of action analysis, which can provide a basis and proofs for governing the society and designing social policies comprehensively in multiple dimensions. Furthermore, the experiences of cultivating social organization from other developed countries could also provide good enlightenment.更多还原
