综放工作面放煤方式对顶煤放出率的影响规律研究

【摘要】 综放工作面顶煤的冒放性直接关系到煤层的回采率,顶煤的放出率影响因素较多,本文以唐家会煤矿6煤层综放工作面为研究对象,利用PFC软件分析单轮顺序放煤、单轮间隔顺序放煤及单轮间隔多口放煤等几种放煤方式对顶煤放出率的影响,结果表明:单轮间隔多口放煤时煤体下落过程中相互作用、相互碰撞,有利于增加顶煤放出率,且该放煤方式能够部署两个甚至更多的放煤口同时放煤,降低工作面完成一次放煤所需要的时间,是一种合理的放煤方式。

【Abstract】 The top coal caving in fully mechanized top-coal caving face is directly related to the recovery rate of coal seam. There are many factors affecting the discharge rate of roof coal. The fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in No. 6 coal seam in Tangjiahui coal mine is taken as the research object. The effect of several coal caving methods on the discharge rate of top coal was analyzed with the software of PFC. The options including single wheel sequential caving,single wheel interval sequential caving,single wheel interval sequential caving with more than one spot at the same time. The results showed that mode three,the single-wheel interval with more spot are more reasonable due to the interaction and collision of coal during caving,it is conducive to increase the recovery,save operation time.
