铁铬合金刀遗留金属颗粒成分的比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Residual Metal Particles Left from Ferrochrome Knives
【摘要】 目的检测铁铬合金刀遗留金属颗粒的元素成分,对同型号刀遗留金属颗粒成分的重复性及差异性进行比较分析。方法使用滤纸擦拭铁铬合金刀,提取滤纸上遗留金属颗粒,应用扫描电子显微镜-X射线能谱仪检测,并用EXCEL2010和SPSS 13.0软件对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 40把铁铬合金刀遗留金属颗粒成分经检测结果显示,除其中1把刀每次遗留的金属颗粒成分有差异(P<0.05),其余39把刀每次遗留的金属颗粒成分无差异;同一型号铁铬合金刀遗留金属颗粒的差异比较结果中,大部分刀之间有差异(P<0.05),小部分刀之间无差异。结论所检验的铁铬合金刀遗留金属成分的重复性较强,个别刀仍存在差异;同型号铁铬合金刀遗留金属颗粒成分不完全相同。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the content of residual metal particles from ferrochrome knives so as to determine whether the repeatability and difference can be comparatively analyzed of the residual metal particles transferred from knives of same models.Methods Each ferrochrome knife was swabbed with filter paper where the residual metal particles were extracted for the detection by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(SEM-EDX).The obtained SEM-EDX data were subjected to statistical analysis by EXCEL 2010 and SPSS 13.0 software.Results For each of the 40 ferrochrome knives tested,no substantial difference has been found in the content of metal particles transferred onto filter paper between every swabbing with the exception of only one knife to show discrepancy(P<0.05).About difference comparison of metal particles left by ferrochrome knives of same model,a majority of the tested knives tend to show dissimilitude among one another(P<0.05).Conclusion The ferrochrome knives tested can repetitively leave certain quantity of residual metal particles onto filter paper although a few ones are likely to fluctuate.Same model of ferrochrome knives cannot definitely transfer same content of residual metal particles.
