【摘要】 【目的】探讨苏姜猪激素敏感酯酶(HSL)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的变化规律。【方法】本试验采用酶联免疫法测定了70头不同月龄、公母各半、健康无病的苏姜猪血清HSL和MDH活性。【结果】(1)苏姜猪血清HSL活力在不同月龄之间、同一月龄不同性别之间的差异均较大,2月龄达到高峰(9.05 U/m L),继而开始下降,4月龄达到最低值(7.08 U/m L),然后再次回升。(2)苏姜猪血清MDH活性在2月底达到最低值(518.17 m U/m L),然后逐渐上升。6月龄MDH活力与其他月龄间差异均极显著(P<0.01),5月龄与3月龄间差异极显著(P<0.01)。相同月龄不同性别之间血清MDH活性变化差异较大,但总体变化趋势一致。试验结果需要在今后的生产及试验过程中加以验证。【结论】血清HSL活性先上升,在2月龄时达到高峰,然后开始下降,4月龄达到最低值后再次回升。血清MDH活性总体呈现出逐渐升高的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】The present study was conducted to explore the change rules of HSL and MDH. 【Method】70 heads of different month and health Sujiang pigs were selected,and the activities of HSL and MDH in serum were analyzed with ELISA. 【Result】( i) The difference of HSL activity in serum of Sujiang pigs between different months,different sexes in same age,were bigger,which reached the peak( 9. 05U/m L) at the second month and then began to decline,reached the lowest value( 7. 08 U/m L) at the fourth month and then went up again.( ii) The activity of MDH in serum of Sujiang pig declined the lowest value( 518. 17 m U/m L) at the second month,and then gradually increased. The differences of MDH activities between the sixth month and other months were very significant( P < 0. 01),and that was also very significant between the fifth month and the third month( P < 0. 01). The difference of MDH activity was larger between different sexes at the same month,but the overall change trend was consistent.【Conclusion】Therefore,the activity of serum HSL firstly increased,reached the peak at the 2ndmonth,then began to decline,and finally recovered again after reaching the lowest value at the 4thmonth.
