【摘要】 茶叶采摘、加工制作后废弃的茶渣、茶末价格低廉,营养丰富.近年来研究发现,把含有茶多酚、茶多糖等多种有益物质的茶渣、茶末作为猪的饲料添加剂使用,不仅可以节约成本,而且还能降低猪肉中胆固醇、脂肪含量,提升猪肉质量和口感.文章从茶渣、茶末的营养价值、作用机理、作为饲料添加剂的应用形式与效果及开发应用存在的问题等方面进行了综述.更多还原

【Abstract】 Tea dust from tea picking and processing is of low price,but contains a lot of nutrients. Research in recent years showed that tea dust has varieties of nutrients,such as tea polyphenol and tea polysaccharide. If used as feed additives for pigs,tea dust not only can save the cost,but also can reduce the cholesterol and fat contents of pork as well as improve the quality and taste of pork. This paper introduces the nutritive value of tea dust,also introduces the application forms and effect of tea dust used in pig industry.更多还原
