微波辅助合成2-取代苯基-5-{N~4-[二-(4-氟苯基)-甲基]-N~1-亚甲基}哌嗪-1,3,4-噁唑啉
Microwave-assisted synthesis of new 2-substitued phenyl-5-{ N~4-[bi-( 4-fluoro phenyl)-methyl]-N~1-methylene} piperazine-1,3,4-oxadiazoles
【摘要】 以[双-(4-氟苯基)-甲基]哌嗪为原料,在微波辐射条件下高收率的合成了8个新型的2-取代苯基-5-{N~4-[二-(4-氟苯基)-甲基]-N~1-亚甲基}哌嗪-1,3,4-噁唑啉衍生物4a-4h.该方法具有快速、安全、对环境友好、操作容易、后处理简单及目标化合物收率好的优点.而且该方法还可应用于合成其它具有更多潜在功能作用的噁唑啉衍生物.所有目标化合物均经过氢核磁共振谱、质谱和红外光谱进行结构确证.
【Abstract】 Objective: Eight new 2-substitued phenyl-5-{ N~4-[bi-( 4-fluorophenyl)-methyl]-N~1-methylene} piperazine-1,3,4-oxadiazoles 4a-4h were prepared starting from [bi-( 4-fluorophenyl)-methyl]-piperazine under microwave irradiation with good yields. The technique of microwave irradiation proved to be an efficient,safe and environment-friendly technique with significant decreases in reaction time,comparably moderate yields,and easy manipulation. Furthermore,this method can be applied to the synthesis of many other oxadiazoles with more potential functional qualities. The structures of the eight compounds were determined by IR,MS and 1H NMR data.
