【摘要】 近年来,研究者开始关注农民工的社会认同威胁问题,但均停留在定性分析层面,缺乏量化研究工具和相应的评估。在相关文献和调查访谈的基础上编制量表,分析发现:农民工社会认同威胁量表包含四个维度,即地位认同威胁、身份认同威胁、文化认同威胁和职业认同威胁;地位和身份是当前农民工比较突出的两种社会认同威胁,前者在代际和学历上有显著差异,后者在学历上有显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the lack of an assessment tool and quantitative research for migrant workers’ social identity threat in China,the structure of migrant worker’s social identity threat scale(MWSITS)and initial questionnaire were established,541 migrant workers’ valid questionnaire were collected,the development of MWSITS and its coefficients of reliability and validity were studied by factor analysis,correlation analysis and internal consistency analysis,the current situation of migrant workers ’social identity was studied by descriptive statistics and difference test. Results show that: The MWSITS contains four threat dimensions: occupation,status,culture and identity; the scale is in a good reliability and validity; Status and identity are the two prominent social identity threats of migrant workers,the former has generation and education difference,the latter has a education difference.更多还原
