【摘要】 目的总结联合Mustarde埋线法和Stenstrom刮痕法治疗招风耳畸形的经验体会。方法应用Gibson软骨应力释放原理,联合Mustarde埋线法和Stenstrom刮痕法,用5-0尼龙线行软骨内褥式缝合折叠耳部软骨,使对耳轮及其上脚轮廓突出。结果进行手术的26例招风耳畸形均得到了矫正,双耳对称,外观自然,效果满意。结论联合Mustarde埋线法和Stenstrom刮痕法矫正招风耳畸形具有操作简单易行、效果确切、不易复发和并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of prominent ear malformations with both Mustarde line-embedding method and Stenstrom scratching method. Methods Gibson principle of cartilage stress release was applied and Mustarde line-embedding method was combined with Stenstrom scratching method. 5-0 nylon line was applied for suturing the ear cartilage in an inward folding form, enabling the antihelix and the upper foot figure to protrude. Results The ear malformations in26 cases were corrected after the operation, and the pairs of ears were symmetrical with satisfactory natural appearance. Conclusion Mustarde line-embedding method combined with Stenstrom scratching method used for prominent ear malformations correction is simple and effective, with fewer complications and recurrences.更多还原
