【摘要】 利用缩时摄影观察螯虾血液细胞,将采集的虾血液迅速滴于载玻片上,覆盖盖玻片,置于预先调节好的显微镜和数码相机下,利用有定时摄影功能的快门线定时连续拍照,处理图片。结果表明:显微镜下的螯虾多数血液细胞在几分钟内迅速发生解体,少部分细胞呈现变形运动,并维持细胞形态1 h。缩时摄影可以广泛应用于动物整体到细胞的各个领域,方法简单、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Time-lapse photography was used in observation of crayfish blood cells. The cell changes were captured by a normal microscopeand a digital camera, and the photo times and intervals were controlled by a special shutter release line. The result showed that the most bloodcells exploded in several minutes, while some phagocytes survived for around one hour and kept moving. Our results suggested that this meth-od was simple, useful and reliable. Time-lapse potography might also be useful in the related research area.更多还原
