不同地区黄花棘豆营养成分与苦马豆素含量的比较
Comparison of nutritions and swainsonine contents in different regions of oxytropis ochrocephala
【摘要】 试验对青海湟中黄花棘豆和甘肃天祝黄花棘豆盛花期常规营养成分、主要矿物质元素含量进行测定;用气相色谱法测定苦马豆素含量,并进行显著性差异比较。结果表明:甘肃天祝黄花棘豆中水分为3.0%,粗蛋白为17.30%,粗脂肪为2.47%,粗纤维为239g/kg,灰分为10.4%,钙0.527%,磷0.23%,中性洗涤纤维为39.8%,酸性洗涤纤维为26.5%;青海湟中黄花棘豆中水分为3.3%,粗蛋白为14.30%,粗脂肪为1.60%,粗纤维为245g/kg,灰分为9.8%,钙0.552%,磷0.14%,中性洗涤纤维为40.3%,酸性洗涤纤维为28.1%。青海湟中黄花棘豆苦马豆素含量极显著高于甘肃天祝黄花棘豆(P<0.01)。甘肃天祝黄花棘豆粗蛋白含量极显著高于青海湟中黄花棘豆(P<0.01)、粗脂肪、总磷含量显著高于青海湟中黄花棘豆(P<0.05),甘肃天祝黄花棘豆粗蛋白含量超过上等青干苜蓿,青海湟中黄花棘豆粗蛋白含量接近中等青干苜蓿,是潜在的高蛋白质牧草资源。
【Abstract】 The conventional nutrients and main mineral elements of Qinghai Huangzhong ochrantha and Gansu Tianzhu ochrantha were determined. The Swainsonine of each Ochrantha were determined with Gas Chromatography,and the significant difference was compared. The results indicated that the moisture of Gansu Tianzhu Ochrantha was 3%,as long as the crude protein 17. 30%,crude fat 2. 47%,crude fiber239 g/kg,ash 10. 4%,CA 0. 527%,P 0. 23%,neutral detergent fiber 39. 8% and acid detergent fiber 26. 5%. The moisture of Qinghai Huangzhong Ochrantha was 3. 3%,crude protein 14. 30%,crude fat 1. 60%,crude fiber 245g/kg,ash 9. 8%,CA 0. 552%,P 0. 14%,neutral detergent fiber 40. 3% and acid detergent fibre 28. 1%. The Swainsonine,crude protein,crude fat,total phosphorus content of Qinghai Huangzhong Ochrantha were significantly higher than that of Gansu Tianzhu Ochrantha( P<0. 01). The crude protein of Gansu Tianzhu Ochrantha was higher than that of the finest green alfalfa hay,but the crude protein of Qinghai Huangzhong Ochrantha was close to the medium green alfalfa hay. Together,both Qinghai Huangzhong Ochrantha and Gansu Tianzhu Ochrantha were the potential high protein forage resources.
