【摘要】 肠道作为机体与外界相通的器官,起到一个重要的屏障功能。但肠道也极易发生损伤。转化生长因子β(TGF-β)在小肠绒毛中表达丰富。TGF-β/Smads信号通路主要由TGF-βs、TβR和Smads蛋白组成。TGF-β/Smads信号在肠道损伤的产生、发展中起到重要的调控作用。本文介绍了TGF-β/Smads信号通路,并综述了TGF-β在肠黏膜上皮的分布以及其鸡在肠黏膜损伤中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an organ which connects body with the outside environment,gut plays an important role in barrier function. Many common poultry diseases may result in the injury to chicken intestinal mucous. Transforming growth factor β( TGF-β) is a kind of necessary epithelial growth factor which can improve mucosal repair function. Its relative signaling pathway TGF-β/Smads also plays an important role in the production and development of intestinal diseases. This paper reviewed TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway and its function in intestinal mucosa injury of chickens.更多还原
