【摘要】 对西北农林科技大学西安宠物医院2015年1—12月共83例犬吉氏巴贝斯虫病的临床症状、流行特点、实验室检查及治疗效果等进行了调查分析。结果表明:该病在西安地区的高发月份在9—10月,该期间病例占全年的60.2%;高发年龄在15岁,该年龄段病例占全部病例的67%;治疗以应用三氮脒杀虫为主,贫血严重的犬需及时进行输血;临床治愈率为91%,复发率为25%,复发时间多集中在第一次临床治愈后1至2个月。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical symptoms,epidemiological characteristics,laboratory examination and therapeutic effect of 83 cases of Babesia gibsoni infected dogs in Xi ’an Pet Hospital of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University from January to December of 2015 were investigated.The results showed that the high-incidence month of this disease in Xi’an was September to October,and the cases during this period accounted for 60.2% of the year.The high-incidence age of this disease was 1 to 5 years old,and the cases during this age group accounted for 67% of all cases.The insecticidal treatment gave priority to diminazene.For the dogs with severe anemia,timely blood transfusion was necessary.The clinical cure rate of this disease was 91%,and the recurrence rate was 25%.The recurrence time was mostly concentrated in1 to 2 months after the first clinical cure.更多还原
