【摘要】 以大学生羞怯量表、大学生适应量表为工具,对359名大一新生进行2个月的追踪,以考察大一新生羞怯和适应的发展变化。结果发现:(1)大一新生的羞怯和适应一段时间内保持稳定。(2)羞怯与适应呈显著负相关。(3)T1的羞怯负向预测T2的适应,T1的适应负向预测T2的羞怯。结论:新生入学之初羞怯与适应之间互为因果关系,因而可以在此阶段从羞怯和适应两方面着手进行干预,从而提高大学生心理健康水平。。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shyness refers to a state in which individuals feel uncomfortable in social situations,and more seriously,it will have an effect on their behavior preventing them from participating in their desired activity or pursuing their personal and professional goals.Previous studies showed that college freshmen have poor adaptation.As we all know,good adaptation to university life not only facilitates one’s university study,but also has an important effect on one’s adult life and work in the future.Previous studies have indicated that shyness may affect adaptation,but these studies were limited in their scope and did not explore the causal relationship between them.In order to explore the causal relationship between shyness and adaptation in college freshmen,the present study used a cross-lagged path model/method,put forward four theoretical models,and had the assumption that shyness as a kind of personality trait would impact adaptation in college freshmen.Through the comparison(χ2(df),NFI,RFI,IFI,TLI,CFT,RMSEA)among the models,an optimal model is determined.The scale used in the present study was the College Students’Shyness Scale revised by Wang Qianqian et al.and the Chinese College Students’Adaptation Scale revised by Fang Xiaoyi et al.The participants came from two universities of Shandong Province,and the first measuring time was when the military training over.The total measuring time was two months and was done at one month interval.After measuring for three times,a total of 359 valid subjects were obtained after removing the extreme values and those who were not serious in the questionnaire.Finally,the data analysis adopted the SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0.The analysis of shyness and adaptation were done using the repeated measures ANOVA analysis; a correlation analysis was done for the lateral and vertical correlation relationship between shyness and adaptation; the cross lagged relationship between shyness and Adaptation was analyzed by AMOS17.0.We could thus see the development and change between shyness and adaptation in college freshmen and find the causal relationship between shyness and Adaptation.The results showed that:(1)The freshmen’s shyness and school adaptation remained stable for a period of time,the correlation coefficients between shyness and adaptation at the three measurement time were between 0.6 and 0.8.(2)Shyness and school adaptation were negatively correlated.(3)At the beginning of college life,shyness could predict adaptation; adaptation could also significantly predict shyness.The cross lagged path standardized regression coefficient showed that the shyness of T1 time would significantly negatively predict the adaptation of T2 time; the adaptation of T1 time would also significantly negatively predict the shyness of T2 time; however,the shyness of T2/T3 time could not predict the adaptation of T2/T3 time respectively.Finally,we drew the conclusion:the relationship between shyness and adaptation in college freshmen was reciprocal causation at the beginning of the college life.We can intervene the shyness and adaptation of freshmen at this stage.更多还原
