【摘要】 老年歧视作为一种对老年人的歧视和偏见,其负面影响逐渐受到研究者的关注。本文在梳理以往国内外老年歧视的相关研究基础上,介绍了老年歧视的概念、测量工具,分析了老年歧视的特点,总结了老年歧视的形成原因,从四个方面对目前的老年歧视研究进行了论述。未来研究不仅要继续探讨老年歧视在整个生命过程中的形成和发展,还应该从测量工具的整合、老年歧视的影响因素以及如何减少老年歧视等方面做进一步的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of discrimination and prejudice against the elderly,the negative influence of ageism is gradually concerned by the researchers. Based on organizing and summarizing the relevant ageism studies at home and abroad,this paper introduced the concept of ageism,measuring tools,and analyzed the characteristics of ageism,summed up the mechanism for the formation of ageism. Not only should future research continue to explore the formation and development of ageism in the whole process of life,but also focus on the integration of measuring tools,the affecting factors of ageism,and how to reduce ageism.更多还原
