同型半胱氨酸对男性生育力及其IVF妊娠结局影响的研究
Research on the influence of homocysteine on male fertility and their pregnancy outcome of IVF treatment
【摘要】 目的:研究同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)对男性生育力及其IVF妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集124对准备行IVF助孕夫妇的男方精液及血液标本。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清与精浆中的Hcy的浓度;分析精浆、血清Hcy浓度与精液参数的关系以及精浆与血清Hcy的关系。结果:按照WHO第五版标准将男性患者分为少精组、弱精组、少弱精组及正常组,其中少精组和少弱精组患者精浆Hcy水平均显著低于正常组(P<0.05),两组异常患者间精浆Hcy水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。按IVF助孕后女方妊娠结局成功与否分为两组,两组间精浆Hcy水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。精浆Hcy浓度与精子浓度显著相关(r=0.42,P=0.028),与其他精液参数无相关性;血清Hcy浓度与精液参数无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:精浆同型半胱氨酸浓度与精子浓度存在关联性,与其他精液参数无关联性。精浆同型半胱氨酸对男性生育力可能存在一定的影响。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the influence of homocysteine(Hcy) on male fertility and their pregnancy outcome of IVF.Methods:The blood and semen sample of 124 men who underwent in-vitro fertilization(IVF) treatment were obtained for the determination of seminal plasma or serum Hcy levels.The concentration of seminal plasma and serum Hcy were measured with ELISA.The correlation between semen parameters and seminal plasma or serum Hcy levels,the correlation between seminal plasma and serum Hcy levels were all analyzed with the statistical methods.Results:The male patients were divided into oligospermia,asthenozoospermia,oligoasthenotspermia and normal group in accordance with the 5th version of WHO standards.The seminal plasma Hcy concentration of oligospermia and oligoasthenotspermia group were significant lower than that of normal group(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the seminal plasma Hcy concentration between oligospermia and oligoasthenotspermia group(P > 0.05).The male patients were divided into two groups in accordance with the outcome of IVF treatment and there was no difference in the seminal plasma Hcy between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was a significant correlation between the concentration of seminal plasma Hcy and sperm concentration(r = 0.42 P = 0.028).No correlation was found in seminal plasma Hcy and other semen parameters.In addition,there was no correlation between the seminal plasma and serum Hcy levels(P > 0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between the concentration of seminal plasma Hcy and sperm concentration,no correlation between the concentration of seminal plasma Hcy and other seminal parameters.Seminal plasma Hcy may be an influence factor on male fertility.
