【摘要】 目的:妇女性健康是医疗专业人员所关注的课题,因为性健康若受损害,对生活满足感和生活质量都有不良影响。本研究探讨与性健康相关的因素,调查香港妇女性健康的一般状况。方法:采用橫向研究法,通过问卷调查搜集数据,参与者人口特征广泛多样。结果:香港妇女性功能尚属健康,仅性欲方面稍为偏低。不利性健康的因素包括高龄、受教育程度低、离婚、停经、曾接受盆腔手术等。性健康较差的妇女,性活动较少,意味性生活质量较差。结论:医疗专业人员可根据掌握的风险因素,针对性的推广性健康咨询和教育讲座,提高妇女的性健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:Women’s sexual health is of concern to health professionals because poor sexualhealth is detrimental to life satisfaction and quality of life. This study is to assess the current sexual health status of women in Hong Kong through examining the concomitant conditions of sexual health. Methods:A standardized questionnaire was designed for data collection and a cross-sectional survey was conducted on women from a wide spectrum of demographic backgrounds. Results:Sexual health status of women in Hong Kong was adequate,except for sexual desire which was slightly below satisfactory level. Several factors were associated with poor sexual health,e. g.,old in age,lower education,divorced,menopause,and pelvic surgery. Women of poor sexual health exhibited a decline in frequency of sexual activities and hence their sexual quality of life would be compromised. Conclusion:With risk factors of poor sexual health identified,health professionals can then provide targeted public sex counseling and sex education so that women’s sexual health can be promoted.更多还原
