【摘要】 目的:探讨前列腺按摩联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:ⅢA型前列腺炎患者43例,均进行经直肠前列腺按摩1次/周,同时应用宁泌泰胶囊口服4粒,3次/d,持续6周,分析治疗前后前列腺液常规白细胞计数及NIH慢性前列腺炎症状评分的变化。结果:治疗后患者前列腺液常规检查中白细胞计数明显减少,NIH慢性前列腺炎疼痛评分、尿路症状评分及症状对生活质量影响的评分均明显减少,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺按摩联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the clinical efficacy of prostate massage and Ningmitai capsule in the treatment of IIIA prostatitis. Methods: 43 III A prostatitis patients were selected and given prostate massage( once a week) and 4 Ningmitai capsules( 3 times/day) for 6 weeks. Changes in prostate fluid routine white blood cell count and NIH chronic prostatitis symptom scores before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: After treatment,the white blood cell count was significantly reduced in prostate fluid routine examination. NIH chronic prostatitis pain score,urinary symptom scores and quality of life scores were significantly reduced compared with these before treatment,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).
