【摘要】 目的:探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕患者体外受精与胚胎移植前行非手术治疗后影响妊娠结局的相关因素。方法:对51例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕患者临床资料进行分析,IVF-ET前行阴道超声介入穿刺治疗。结果:行IVF-ET治疗后妊娠28例,未妊娠23例,妊娠率为54.9%(28/51)。妊娠组与失败组相比,妊娠组血清CA125水平小于失败组,有显著性差异。结论:卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿不孕患者,阴道超声介入穿刺治疗后妊娠率与血清CA125有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To find out the influencing factors of pregnancy outcome after non- surgical treatment of patients with ovarian endometrial cysts before receiving in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVF-ET). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 51 patients with ovarian endometrial cysts.All the patients received trans- vaginal ultrasound- guided puncture before IVF- ET treatment. Results: After treatment,there were 28 patients got pregnant and 23 not,with a pregnancy rate of 54. 9%( 28 /51). There was statistically significant difference in CA125 between clinical pregnancy group and non- pregnancy group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: After treatment by trans- vaginal ultrasound- guided puncture,the pregnancy rate is closely related to the serum CA125.更多还原
