维药神香草活性部位提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的筛选维药神香草活性部位的最佳提取工艺。方法以出膏率、总多酚,总黄酮和迷迭香酸的含量为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验表考察提取时间、提取次数和溶剂倍量3个因素,并进行验证试验。结果神香草活性部位最佳提取工艺为50%的乙醇溶液16倍量,提取3次,每次1h。验证试验出膏率为21.22%,总多酚含量为25.18 mg/mL,总黄酮含量为71.13 mg/mL,迷迭香酸含量为0.22 mg/mL,综合评分平均值为96.27分。结论该提取工艺方法简便、合理、稳定,适合于神香草活性部位的提取。

【Abstract】 Objective To screen out the optimal extraction process of active fraction of Uyghur Medicine HyssopuscuspidatusBoriss(HCB).Methods To determine the optimal conditions for detecting total polyphenols,total flavones and Rosmarinicacid contents in HCB.Then,the L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was adopted to measure the extraction time,extraction times,and solvent consumption fold as the factors to perform validation tests.Results The optimal extraction process was 50% ethanol concentration with 1hof extraction time,and 1∶16of solid-liquid ratio for three times extraction.In validation tests,the average paste-forming ratio was 21.22%,the average content of total phenol was 25.18mg/mL,the content of total flavonoids was 71.13mg/mL,the average content of rosmarinic acid was 0.22mg/mL,in which the integrated score was 96.27.Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable and stable,which can be suitable for extraction of active fraction of Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.
