血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-12、IL-23对肺结核免疫的作用研究

【摘要】 目的研究血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-12(IL-12)、白介素-23(IL-23)在结核免疫中的相互关系及在抗结核免疫中发挥的作用。方法使用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量法检测活动性肺结核组(42例)患者和健康对照组(42例)的血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-12、IL-23表达水平,并比较这些细胞因子在抗结核治疗前及治疗后的变化水平。结果 (1)肺结核组患者的血清IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-23水平降低,IL-4水平升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)肺结核组患者在2HRZS(E)/4HR方案治疗3个月后,血清IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-23水平较治疗前升高,IL-4水平较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-12、IL-23等细胞因子有助于判断肺结核患者的免疫反应功能;在抗结核病治疗中,动态监测这些细胞因子,可以判断治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To Study serum interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in the interacting relationship of tuberculosis and the role in tuberculosis immunity.Methods The double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was used to quantitatively detect serum IFN-gamma,IL-4,IL-12,IL-23 expression level in 42 cases of active tuberculosis group of and 42 cases of healthy control group,and the change in the level of these cytokines were compared before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment.Results(1)Levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-23 in tuberculosiss groups are ruduced,and IL-4level is elevated,compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)After treatment for 3months,the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-23 level in Tuberculosis group in 2HRZS(E)/4HR plan were higher than those before the treatment,and IL-4level was reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum cytokines IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-12,IL-23 can help to determine tuberculosis patients’ immune response function.In the anti-TB treatment,the dynamic monitoring of these cytokines can observe the efficacy of treatment.
